We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Remote Mail & Document Processors to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will manage, review, organize, and process both physical mail and digital documents. Accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency are essential. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process incoming physical and electronic mail
- Scan, sort, and accurately index documents in internal systems
- Verify document completeness and ensure proper routing
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow company policies
- Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks
- Communicate with internal teams regarding document status
- Meet daily and weekly document processing deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and document systems
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
- Clerical or administrative experience is a plus, not required
Compensation
Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience and role type)
Annual Bonus: Typically 10% – 20% of base salary
