OTR Class A CDL Driver – Weekly Pay & Home Time
Job Type: Over-the-Road (OTR)
Home Time: Home Every 21 Days for 7 Days Off
Pay Frequency: Paid Weekly
We are hiring experienced Class A CDL OTR Drivers looking for consistent miles, strong pay, and reliable home time. Drivers are flown to their truck assignment and flown back home after each 21-day work cycle, making this an ideal long-haul opportunity with predictable scheduling.
Compensation Details
- 12–29 Months Experience: $0.70 CPM (Hazmat) | $0.67 CPM (Non-Hazmat)
- 30+ Months Experience: $0.72 CPM (Hazmat) | $0.69 CPM (Non-Hazmat)
- Short Haul Pay: 0–100 miles = $35 | 101–400 miles = $25
- Weekly Earnings: $1,350 – $1,650
- Non-Hazmat CPM may be reduced by $0.03–$0.05 based on experience
Bonuses & Incentives
- CSA Safety Bonus every 90 days
- $875 Safety Bonus (Hazmat Endorsed)
- $700 Safety Bonus + 8 Hours Paid Time Off (Non-Hazmat)
- $1,475 Sign-On Bonus
- Paid orientation and short haul compensation
Driver Requirements
- Valid and current Class A CDL
- Minimum 9 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Team drivers accepted with 6 months experience
- No DWI in the past 7 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No preventable DOT-reportable accidents in the past 3 years
- Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and required evaluations
- No drug test refusal or failure history
