We are hiring an experienced HR Operations Manager for our Chicago office. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR operations and enjoys supporting people, systems, and processes in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Willing and able to work hybrid, 3 days per week in the Chicago office
- 3–5 years of HR generalist experience
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, compliance, and benefits administration
- 3–5 years of experience working in staffing environments
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
