Role Overview
As a VDC Director, you will lead and scale VIATechnik’s VDC practice across multiple General Contractor clients. This is a senior leadership role focused on strategy, systems, innovation, and long-term organizational impact—not just project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise-wide VDC strategy
- Lead and develop high-performing VDC managers and specialists
- Build scalable systems, standards, and delivery frameworks
- Strengthen and expand long-term client partnerships
- Drive portfolio-level operational and financial performance
- Advance innovation including AI, automation, and Lean workflows
- Provide executive-level guidance and thought leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience in VDC, BIM, or digital delivery at scale
- Strong ability to design systems and processes, not just manage tasks
- Comfort translating technical expertise into executive strategy
- Passion for developing leaders and building high-performing teams
- Experience in high-growth or professional services environments
- Interest in AI, automation, and future-focused construction technology
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and influence without authority
