JPMorganChase is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Vice President to lead complex treasury product implementations for global clients. This role plays a critical part in delivering smooth, compliant, and client-centric onboarding experiences while driving innovation across treasury platforms.
Role Overview
As a senior leader within Client Onboarding, you will manage end-to-end treasury product implementations for new and existing clients transitioning onto the Chase platform. You will combine project leadership, risk oversight, and stakeholder management to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with regulatory and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead treasury product onboarding for corporate and institutional clients
- Design and execute onboarding strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify operational and regulatory risks and implement mitigation plans
- Manage complex issues using structured analysis and sound judgment
- Partner with internal teams and external clients to drive shared outcomes
- Leverage data, models, and technology to enhance onboarding efficiency
- Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Build strong, long-term client and partner relationships
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in treasury product implementation or financial services
- Strong background in risk management and regulatory compliance
- Proven strategic planning and decision-making capabilities
- Advanced data and technology literacy
- Exceptional stakeholder and client relationship management skills
