We are seeking a highly-skilled Technical Director to support a diverse portfolio of treatment facilities across the US, providing operational and regulatory compliance expertise to ensure stability, efficiency, and high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on water treatment plant operations, troubleshooting, process control, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with facility staff, regulatory agencies, and leadership to ensure plant performance and compliance
- Support quality assurance programs to maintain high service standards and regulatory adherence
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations and maintenance activities
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field required; coursework in data science/statistical methods is a plus
- Minimum 10 years of experience in water treatment operations, process troubleshooting, or regulatory roles
- Plant supervisory experience and/or operational licensure is a plus
- Strong knowledge of SDWA regulatory requirements and industry standards for water treatment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
