Salary Range: $80,000 – $140,000 per year
BDO is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Analyst to join its Tax Product Development team. This role focuses on ensuring software quality through advanced testing, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute detailed test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track software defects
- Collaborate with developers for complete test coverage
- Design and maintain automated testing frameworks
- Perform performance and load testing
- Maintain QA documentation and reports
- Guide and support junior QA analysts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, Finance, or Accounting
- 4+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium
- Experience working on complex software projects
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#
- SQL for database validation
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jira, Azure DevOps
- ISTQB / CSQE / CQE certification (preferred)
