Role Overview
As a Traveling Retail Merchandise Specialist, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, managing product rotation, and tracking inventory. This traveling position involves 50% or more travel, including overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Build attractive displays and end caps
- Reset shelves and manage product rotation
- Track inventory to optimize sales opportunities
Candidate Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with customers and management
- Physically able to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to reach work locations
- Willingness to travel within and outside your home state, including overnight stays
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Safety-conscious in a retail environment
