Position Summary
This position offers the opportunity to provide holistic, evidence-based primary and family care across multiple clinic locations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning
- Manage patient appointments and conduct routine examinations
- Administer immunizations and injections (COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo, etc.)
- Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Perform administrative duties including clinic opening/closing, inventory, insurance verification, and payment collection
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinic environment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing
- Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred
- Ability to provide pregnancy prevention, STI education, and safer sex counseling
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- DOT certification completion within 30 days of hire
- Ability to pass FIT testing and wear respirator masks when required
- Spanish or additional language proficiency preferred (market dependent)
Education
- Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with national board certification
- OR Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies with national board certification
- Active state license to practice in the advanced practice role
Preferred Qualifications
- EPIC EMR experience
Compensation
Pay Range: $46.03 – $99.14 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, education, geography, and role-related factors.
