Salary Range: $66,300 - $72,000 annually

The Practice Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising and developing assigned Nuclear Cardiology practices while ensuring operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and quality outcomes. This role leads clinical operations, mentors staff, and implements strategies to optimize workflow and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise practice sites and operational workflows to meet patient volume, access, efficiency, and satisfaction goals
• Evaluate workflows, implement corrective measures, and measure effectiveness
• Ensure diagnostic and therapeutic equipment maintenance and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct staff meetings and training to reinforce practice policies and standardization
• Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, management, and providers
• Monitor KPIs, implement operational improvements, and develop data-driven strategies
• Provide direct oversight of staff, mentoring, performance evaluations, and HR compliance
• Lead or participate in operational projects and performance improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and HIPAA standards

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
• 3 years of related experience in clinical or practice operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of billing and scheduling systems
• Prior EMR experience
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn new systems
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
