Role Overview

As a Change Advisor, you will champion the people side of transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable adoption, readiness, and sustained business outcomes. You will apply proven change management methodologies, including Prosci ADKAR®, to guide individuals and teams through complex organizational change programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion organizational change to drive adoption, readiness, and business value
• Apply Prosci ADKAR® and other change frameworks across transformation initiatives
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments to identify change implications
• Build trusted relationships with sponsors, leaders, and key stakeholders
• Design and execute tailored Change Management Strategies aligned to client objectives
• Integrate change activities into overall project roadmaps and delivery plans
• Partner with communications teams to deliver clear, engaging messaging
• Establish and manage Change Champion Networks to reinforce engagement
• Identify, manage, and mitigate resistance risks proactively
• Coach leaders on their role in driving and sustaining change
• Ensure training programs are role-based, scenario-driven, and outcome-focused
• Track adoption, readiness, and reinforcement KPIs post go-live

• Operating effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in organizational change, consulting, or business transformation
• Hands-on experience using Prosci ADKAR® or similar change frameworks
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 CE & FO
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
• Comfort coaching senior leaders and facilitating change sessions
• Prior experience with a consulting firm, systems integrator, or Microsoft partner (preferred)
