Compensation: As per market standard + 0.1%–0.2% Equity (DOE)
Join a leading crypto accelerator and help shape its public voice and content engine with a single goal — attracting the world’s best founders. We are seeking a creative and crypto-native Content & Social Media Lead who can own and scale our digital presence across platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Own X (Twitter) & LinkedIn presence including voice, growth strategy, and engagement
- Turn founder wins, stories, and data into viral posts and short-form videos
- Manage end-to-end content pipeline from ideas to publishing and distribution
- Write impactful copy for website pages, emails, and events
- Track performance metrics and optimize content for founder applications
- Set creative direction using AI tools and collaborate with contractors
We’re Looking For
- Crypto-native writer with a strong understanding of Web3 culture
- Proven experience growing X or other social media accounts
- Excellent storytelling ability and strong content instincts
- Deep familiarity with Gen Z crypto founder culture
- Comfortable using AI tools for content ideation and creation
