Location: Raleigh, NC
Work Mode: Hybrid (75% Onsite)
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support a large state modernization program. The role involves gathering business requirements, supporting process improvements, and collaborating closely with program leadership, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and validate functional and non-functional requirements
- Develop user stories, use cases, and process models
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops
- Support solution design, UAT, and change management activities
- Maintain requirements traceability documentation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working with state government clients
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
