Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
• Support onboarding and HR documentation processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in HR reporting and data entry tasks
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives

Eligibility & Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working remotely with US-based teams
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Docs, or similar tools
