Hiring – HR Generalist (Recruiting Focus)

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong recruiting background to support high-volume hiring operations, primarily for manufacturing roles. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting vendors to ensure smooth and timely talent acquisition while supporting broader HR operations when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, especially high-volume manufacturing positions
- Manage requisitions from job posting through candidate start date
- Partner with RPO teams and external recruiting vendors to meet hiring goals
- Plan and conduct hiring events, recruiting drives, and group interviews
- Source candidates using job boards, referrals, and community outreach
- Maintain hiring pipelines aligned with onboarding schedules
- Ensure timely offer management and candidate follow-up
- Track recruiting metrics and identify hiring risks proactively
Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as primary onsite HR contact for hiring managers
- Set expectations around hiring timelines and interview coordination
- Facilitate interview feedback and candidate selection decisions
- Drive accountability to avoid hiring delays
HR Operations & Support
- Support employee lifecycle activities as needed
- Ensure recruiting processes comply with company policies and employment laws
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and HR systems
- Provide backup support to HR Coordinator during peak hiring periods
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3–6 years of HR experience with strong recruiting responsibility
- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments
- Experience working with staffing agencies and recruiting partners
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting hiring events or mass hiring initiatives
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
