About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern (Fresher) who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in real-time projects. As an intern, you will work closely with our technical team and gain exposure to web development, backend technologies, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of web applications using Java, PHP, React, or MERN Stack technologies
• Work with backend logic and integrate applications with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
• Support the implementation and optimization of server-side and client-side functionality
• Debug, test, and enhance existing code to ensure application stability and performance
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver assigned tasks on time
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines
• Participate in code reviews and learn modern development methodologies
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies and frameworks as required

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Java / PHP / JavaScript and relevant web technologies
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Familiarity with one or more technologies or frameworks:
• Java: Core Java, Spring / Spring Boot (basic knowledge preferred)
• MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• React: React.js fundamentals, components, hooks, state management
• PHP: PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS; Laravel / CodeIgniter (added advantage)
• Basic understanding of databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
• Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines

Education

• BCA / B.Tech / B.Sc IT / MCA / M.Tech or any relevant field
• Final-year students are also encouraged to apply
