Roles & Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and service coordination
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock availability
• Coordinate with courier and delivery partners for timely operations
• Handle customer queries and resolve delivery or service concerns
• Ensure compliance with Axis Bank operational standards and procedures

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
• Typing speed above 30 WPM preferred
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage branch-level operational tasks efficiently
