What You’ll Do

• Build core payment and money movement systems
• Own product features end-to-end from design to production
• Develop integrations with third-party financial platforms
• Design scalable and reliable backend architectures
• Improve performance, observability, and developer experience
• Help define engineering standards and mentor junior engineers

We’re Looking For

• Strong backend engineering experience
• Advanced proficiency in Python development
• Experience building complex business logic and reliability systems
• Ability to connect technical decisions with business outcomes
• Startup mindset with high ownership and accountability
