Compensation: As per market standard + Up to 2% Equity
Join a fast-growing consumer AI startup building a powerful platform that helps creators monetize their audience while enabling brands to run large-scale creator marketing campaigns. We are looking for a driven Growth & Outbound Specialist to build and scale the company’s outbound and revenue pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Own brand-side pipeline generation and outbound growth initiatives
- Run high-volume, personalized outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Book qualified meetings and manage opportunities in the CRM pipeline
- Experiment with new outbound channels including communities, events, and referrals
- Build outbound playbooks for verticals such as Beauty, CPG, and Lifestyle
- Write effective cold emails, DM scripts, and sales collateral
- Track KPIs from outreach activities through closed revenue
We’re Looking For
- Experience in SDR, BDR, or growth roles at startups or agencies
- Strong cold outreach and pipeline generation skills
- Excellent writing and personalization abilities
- High energy, resilience, and action-oriented mindset
- Not suitable for freshers or enterprise-only background profiles
