Territory Account Specialist – Novartis
Location: Field-based / Remote (Must reside within or near territory, accessible by daily commute)

About the Role
Novartis is seeking a Territory Account Specialist to lead with purpose and deliver tailored solutions for Health Care Providers (HCPs) across an assigned geography. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will build strong customer relationships, navigate solutions that link HCPs to Novartis resources, and drive demand for products with the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligning shared priorities with HCP needs.
- Navigate account challenges and deliver tailored solutions effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams, territory teammates, and home-office colleagues.
- Leverage data, market trends, and insights to drive product pull-through and customer engagement.
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges.
- Deliver real-time access support and coordinate with Patient Specialty Services for seamless experiences.
- Engage customers via omni-channel strategies, including virtual and face-to-face outreach.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences, insurance, consumer health, or B2B sales within the last 5 years.
- Proven ability to manage large accounts and complex sales territories.
- Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills, ethical leadership, and compliance awareness.
- Valid driver’s license; able to travel 60-80% within territory.
- Experience with patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, or reimbursement pathways preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary depends on level of experience:
• Associate TAS: $77,000 – $143,000
• TAS: $93,800 – $174,200
• Senior TAS: $119,700 – $222,300
• Executive TAS: $132,300 – $245,700
