We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment processes remotely across US teams. This role involves sourcing top talent, managing full-cycle recruitment, coordinating interviews, and enhancing the candidate experience in a fully remote environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes remotely
- Source and engage candidates across multiple platforms
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
- Ensure positive candidate experience and employer branding
Required Skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and virtual recruiting tools
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws and hiring regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
