We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, coordination, and employee engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate and employee records
- Support onboarding and HR documentation
- Assist in employee engagement activities
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- MS Excel / Google Sheets basic knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Who Can Apply
- MBA HR / BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 year HR experience preferred
- Candidates available for on-site work in Bhopal
