“Kaapro” means “Strength of God” in Finnish, reflecting the company’s philosophy and commitment. Operating successfully for over 15 years, Kaapro has been serving clients across India. In 2003, the founders and co-promoters began their journey as business partners, working as franchisees of India’s leading HR company, MAFOI. This company was acquired by Videor in 2006, and later, in 2010, Videor Worldwide was purchased by Randstad. At that time, franchisees were given the choice to either continue as employees under Randstad or to part ways. The Kaapro founders made the bold decision to forego what they had built in their respective regions and instead establish their own company. Several clients shifted from Randstad to Kaapro, becoming the company’s first loyal customers, showing the trust they placed in the founders. This commitment to delivering value continues to define Kaapro today. Kaapro Management Solutions Pvt Ltd was officially established in February 2010 by five HR entrepreneurs based out of Tier 2 cities including Surat, Indore, Bhubaneswar, Patna, and Guwahati.
